Core Administration Services - Hybridoma Monoclonal Antibody Core Facility

Attached is data from 2 new offerings from the UCSF hybridoma core. I have conjugated GK1.5 (anti mouse CD4) and YTS169.4 (anti mouse CD8) to FITC. The attachment shows comparisons of the titrations of the in-house antibodies and commercially available antibodies. All antibodies were at 10ug/ml and doubling dilutions were made in PBS, 1%BSA, 0.01%Na azide and 150ng/ml 2.4G2 (UCSF hybridoma core staining buffer.) Twenty five ul of antibody and 25ul cells (1e7/ml) were incubated for 20mins on ice, washed once, resuspended in 100ul and analysed on a FACScan (Killeen lab).
