Genomics & Bioinformatics Core

The purpose of the Genomics and Bioinformatics Core is to provide advanced technologies for genome wide analysis and expression profiling by members of the UCSF DERC. Please see our homepage for more information.

The core contains 3 components:

• An Affymetrix GeneChip hybridization and analysis component
• A custom cDNA microarray component and
• A real-time/TaqMan PCR component
