Functional Data: Depletion

Aim :- To test the fuctionality of depleting anti mouse CD4 (GK1.5), depleting anti mouse CD8 (YTS 169.4) and anti mouse NK1.1 Mice were injected, intraperitoneally, with either 250 micrograms of one of the above antibodies or 250 micrograms of mouse IgG or rat IgG. Twenty hours later they were bled and the blood analysed by flow cytometry.
