About the site
The UCSF Cores Search website is designed to help researchers easily find shared research resources at UCSF. The information presented here was collected from UCSF managers. Every effort is made to keep it up-to-date. Let us know about new resources, corrections and ideas for improvements. This site was developed by UCSF's Research Resource Program (RRP) and Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI). UCSF Cores Search is powered by the open source Plumage interface to eagle-i. Plumage was developed by CTSI at UCSF, and builds on the eagle-i research resource ontology developed by the eagle-i Consortium.
The UCSF Cores Search and Plumage projects were supported by the National Center for Research Resources and the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, National Institutes of Health, through UCSF-CTSI Grant Number UL1 RR024131. The eagle-i research resource ontology was developed by the eagle-i Consortium, which is supported by NIH Grant U24 RR 029825.
